2025 Rankings: Top International Prospects

Over the last two cycles, we have been the lone platform to fully incorporate international prospects into our Top-150 rankings of each class – even beginning with freshman. Our lens largely revolves around prospects with intentions of playing in the NCAA. With the influx of older prospects from different parts of the globe flocking to college hoops, our rankings are centered on players who will be granted four years of eligibility.
Here, we will break down the Top-10 international prospects in the 2025 class, along with quick overviews on 15+ additional prospects to know in this class. Foreign prospects who have been in the US over the last year are not included. Prospects who are older than most traditional seniors (DOB prior to August 2005) are also not included, as they are likely to be granted less than four years of eligibility.
