2025's On The Rise: In this content piece I’ll be diving in on 15+ 2025 prospects who aren’t ranked in the Top-75, however they are guys who could potentially see their recruitment expand and/or ranking rise. Some of the bigger live period events are being held this weekend and there will be plenty more stockrisers to note in the coming weeks.
Adrien Stevens
Guard | 6’5” | Bullis School (MD)
Stevens is a prominent riser who has added multiple offers since the contact period opened up. He’s a well-built athlete who is an aggressive handler at the point of attack. Physical, hard-nosed rim finisher who possesses the strength to absorb & finish through contact. Reliable spot-up shooter on the perimeter, plus he’s proved to be a capable shotmaker off the bounce this spring & summer as well. Dynamic offensive weapon who can fill up the scoring column with his mix of aggression, power & shotmaking. Virginia Tech, Maryland, Providence, Penn State & a few others have offered in the past week alone.
Jalen Wilson (#84 in 2025)
Wing | 6’7” | Benilde-St. Margaret's (MN)
Wilson recently earned an offer from Nebraska and it was only a matter of time before his recruitment expanded. While he may already be ranked, there’s a legitimate chance he could steadily rise in the rankings next update given his production & long-term upside. The long athlete is a mismatch machine who is a skilled face-up scorer. Showcases a fluid, smooth & high release point off the catch when facing up. Still extending his range & sharpening his handle, although the scoring talent & offensive productivity has been notable on the EYBL Circuit. Look out for the Minnesota native to continue to make waves in the Midwest.
Nigel James (#91 in 2025)
Guard | 6’0” | Cushing Academy (MA)
James is another prospect who is already ranked, however he’s likely due for a bump in their next update. The Long Island native has put together a remarkable spring & early summer on a variety of platforms. Ultra-quick lead guard with a fluid pull-up game & multilevel scoring ability. Shifty handler at the point of attack who beats closeouts routinely with his burst & counter moves. Crafty rim finisher with a soft float game, plus he has the feel to pass out of blitzes or help defense. Minnesota & Rutgers are the latest to offer, although he’s earned a collection of offers this spring.
Preston Fowler
Forward | 6’7” | East Catholic (CT)
The Connecticut native has been a steady producer for New Heights Lightning E16 group and he’s finally starting to see some Division-One programs get involved. He was named our Stockriser of the Session back in the “Nike E16 Session 3 Awards” article. Tough & energetic frontcourt prospect who continues to flash improving skill + offensive versatility. Capable floorspacer who can score in spot-up situations, plus he has the foot speed & an adequate handle to exploit slower defenders off the bounce. High-motor rebounder who leverages his frame well to block off opponents from securing the ball. Quinnipiac, George Mason, Fordham, & more have offered since the contact period opened.
Jordan Scott (#95 in 2025)
Wing | 6’6” | South Lakes (VA)
Another prospect whose already been ranked in our Top-100, the Virginia native could see his stock rise even higher these next few weeks. The shotmaking & smooth wing is a potent pull-up scorer with a notably diverse shot profile. Fluid mover whose still filling out his frame, although the skill & flashes of feel are certainly appealing. The Virginia Elite product is another wing were high on in a deep 2025 class. He’s added offers from Washington, Michigan State, Illinois, Pittsburgh, California, & many more in just this spring alone.
Zymicah Wilkins
Forward | 6’9” | Christ School (NC)
Wilkins has put together plenty of big outings in the E16 Division while flashing a growing skillset. Reliable floorspacer whose shown glimpses of his ability to stretch the floor out of the pick & pop. Fluid face-up scorer whose comfortable shooting inside the arc as well. Rugged, powerful rim finisher who is loaded with aggression & pop in the paint. Leverages his verticality & strength when grabbing rebounds, finishing at the rim, or blocking shots. College programs have certainly seen the growth in his game as well, given he’s added offers from Georgetown, Virginia Tech, South Carolina, & multiple others in the past week.
Jayden Forsythe
Guard | 6’4” | Westtown School (PA)
Mississippi State & George Mason are the latest to offer the 2025 guard, however his recruitment is beginning to expand. Tough slasher at the point of attack who leverages his aggression to get downhill. Flexible rim finisher who isn’t afraid of contact, size or length in the lane. Fluid spot-up shooter who can hurt opponents on the perimeter, yet he continues to make strides as a pull-up scorer. Defensively, he’s light on his feet, can defend in space & he also the build to wall-off slashers. Look out for the New Heights Lightning product to make more noise this summer.
Brandon Lee
Guard | 6’4” | The Patrick School (NJ)
Lee really started to emerge during Session Four of the EYBL and he’s played well to start off the summer. Missouri State is the latest to offer the Puerto Rico native, however more schools will certainly be getting involved soon. Dynamic shooter with a quick release off the catch, plus he’s a capable shotmaker inside the arc. Demonstrates strong relocation skills and a mature feel without the ball in his hands. Forceful slasher who can work his way downhill against smaller guards by leveraging his strength & build. Make sure to keep an eye out for Lee in Augusta as he’ll be running with New York Rens E16 group.
Luke Bevilacqua
Big | 6’11” | The George School (PA)
Bevilacqua is another prospect who is also starting to see his recruitment take off. The Pennsylvania native has been a steady producer throughout the spring, plus he recently garnered some buzz with his play at Philly Live. Physical & powerful frontcourt prospect who continues to show glimpses of improved perimeter shooting. Capable pick & pop threat who can stretch the floor when he's left open, although he still tends to do majority of his damage in the paint. Tough & hard-nosed finisher who is fairly efficient at converting layups through contact with his dominant hand. Iowa, Fairfield, and Penn State are the latest to offer the fast rising big man from The George School (PA).
Eric Reibe
Big | 7’0” | Bullis School (MD)
The Germany native didn’t need much time to garner buzz & attract college programs since arriving the states not too long ago. The New World product is a fundamentally sound & physical low-post scorer who is highly aggressive on the interior. Doesn’t shy away from contact or length, plus he tends to finish the ball quickly after securing drop-downs on the block. His physicality and size allow him to be highly productive as a rebounder, plus he’s a constant put back threat on the offensive glass. Still sharpening his handle & enhancing his athleticism, yet the production is noteworthy at this stage. Purdue, Indiana, Maryland, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, & more have offered this spring.
Adlan Elamin (#94 in 2025)
Wing | 6’9” | Paul VI (VA)
We’ve mentioned Elamin as a potential stockriser on a few different occasions, yet he continues to see his recruitment expand. He’s a long-limbed, rangy athlete who is a versatile offensive weapon with floorspacing ability. Smooth & fluid spot-up scorer whose range extends out to the perimeter, plus he only needs minimal dribbles to attack off the bounce. Possesses plenty of intrigue as a defender given the blend of size, length & fluidity/movement skills. Leverages his long arms to rebound, generate deflections & to help protect the rim as a weak-side rotator. Runs the floor with energy & a high motor while demonstrating ample and extensive ground coverage. Charleston, Penn State, VCU, George Mason & more have offered this spring.
KJ Cochran
Guard | 6’3” | Perkiomen School (PA)
The stockrising guard out of Pennsylvania has put together some big showings to start off his summer. He’s a dynamic shotmaker with a potent pull-up prowess & the handle to create advantages with ease. Flashes a diverse shot profile while hurting defenses from multiple levels. Leverages tight crossovers to beat closeouts, plus he utilizes long strides to gain ground when slashing downhill. Disruptive on-ball defender who excels at mirroring & staying in front opposing ball handlers. Can use his length to generate deflections or to force turnovers when possible. Mississippi State, Towson, Drexel & Kent State have all offered in the past week.
Jalen Rougier-Roane
Guard | 6’5” | Sidwell Friends (DC)
Rougier-Roane has reportedly heard from numerous high-major programs since the contact period opened and he’s another prospect who will see his recruitment expand. Well-built & tough wing guard with advanced ball skills for a prospect at 6’5”. Fluid spot-up scorer who can shoot on the perimeter, plus he’s a functional pull-up scorer that can settle into one & two dribble pull-up jumpers. Aggressive handler at the point of attack who has the build & strength to force his way downhill against smaller guards. The Team Takeover product is a notable two-way threat who continues to trend upwards in the 2025 class. Penn State, Xavier, Towson, & more have offered Rougier-Roane this spring.
Christian Gurdak (#96 in 2025)
Big | 6’10” | Gonzaga (DC)
Gurdak has been a heavy producer for Team Takeover’s E16 group and multiple programs have entered the mix this spring. He’s an agile & physical low post scorer who has a strong understanding for leveraging his frame to create advantages. Seals position well, asserts himself in the paint & he tends to be patient when operating on the low block. Powerful interior defender who has the build to keep opponents out of the paint & post. Continues to showcase his soft hands, advanced footwork & growing feel as a post playmaker. Maryland, Iowa, Notre Dame, Penn State, & George Washington have offered since the contact period opened.
Semetri Carr (#136 in 2025)
Guard | 6’0” | Branson School (CA)
Carr was one of the more prominent scorers in the E16 Division of the Nike EYBL this past spring. The California native is a crafty & skilled lead guard who is flat out wired to score on the offensive end. Shifty advantage creator who is a dynamic shotmaker off the bounce. Fluid pull-up shooter who leverages counter moves & his burst to get downhill when possible. A flexible finisher loaded with craft & a soft float game in traffic. Still developing physically & becoming more aggressive as a slasher, although the scoring production has been very impressive. The Oakland Soldiers product has added offers from Washington, UNLV, & San Jose State this spring.
Chance Mallory
Guard | 5’9” | St. Anne's-Belfield School (VA)
Mallory has burst onto the national scene this spring after asserting himself as a consistent standout for Team Thrill. Communicative floor general that can score from multiple levels & provide paint touches. Shifty ball handler with extensive range, plus he has the burst to beat closeouts routinely. A high-feel playmaker who is highly advanced when operating the pick & roll. The shooting range, playmaking & quick processing have attracted a variety of college programs to enter his recruitment. Despite being undersized, he continues to compete, play hard & produce on a national stage. Maryland, Illinois, Virginia Tech, Seton Hall & more have offered this spring.
Kash Polk
Wing | 6’9” | Argyle (TX)
Polk has been garnering buzz down South and he’s a prospect who will be entering the rankings in their next update. The Texas native is a highly skilled offensive prospect with an appealing combination of measurables and touch. He’s not the most quick or flashy creator, yet he utilizes strong footwork & tight crossovers to create space for mid-range jumpers. Smooth pull-up scorer who is also a consistent spot-up shooter on the perimeter, specifically out of the pick & pop. The versatility is highly intriguing and Polk continues to become more aggressive as a slasher. He heard from numerous high major programs nationwide when the contact period opened and he’s bound to see his recruitment expand.
