2025 | 6’5” Wing | Frenship (TX) & JL3 (EYBL)

Top-70 2025 wing Patton Pinkins has added offers from Ole Miss, Oklahoma, LSU, Wake Forest, California and more in this summer alone. The JL3 Elite (EYBL) product recently averaged 17.8 PPG and 5.0 RPG on 48% FG & 41% from 3PT range at Peach Jam. His play in Augusta certainly helped his stock rise and he’s another riser to look out for.

Pinkins is a tough athlete with an appealing mix of size & shotmaking at 6'5". Possesses a fluid & smooth release, plus he constantly demonstrates advanced shot preparation without the ball. Excels at playing within his skillset while bringing a mature approach & strong shot selection to the table offensively. Capable dribble-drive playmaker who has the aggression & first step to beat closeouts at the point of attack. Defensively, he’s laterally quick when guarding in space & not afraid to play physical on the ball.

Demarco Johnson (#139 in 2025)

Top-140 2025 guard Demarco Johnson has added offers from Syracuse, TCU, St. John’s, Illinois, Virginia Tech, and more throughout this past AAU season. The California native is tracking as one of the stronger backcourt prospects in his class out West. Put together a strong EYBL season while capping it off by averaging 10.5 PPG, 6.0 RPG & 3.5 APG at Peach Jam.

Came away impressed with Johnson’s productivity as a positional rebounder & playmaker in Augusta. He’s a lengthy and quick-twitch athlete who can put constant pressure on the rim. Covers ground quickly for a guard, plus he knows how to leverage his length & flexibility when finishing in traffic. Shifty creator at the point of attack who can put constant pressure on the rim with his mix of speed & counter moves. Capable shotmaker who can hurt defenders when they heavily play the drive, although he still tends to be a streaky shooter. Instinctual defensive playmaker who can ignite fast breaks with his ability to jump passing lanes & apply extensive pressure.

Bundalo made a big jump in our most recent 2025 rankings update and he also recently announced that he’ll be playing at Western Reserve Academy (OH) next season. He’s a skilled & versatile forward that continues to develop at an accelerated rate. Long, mobile and fluid athlete who can do damage as a rim runner in the open floor. Prominent floorspacer who is a lethal weapon out of the pick & pop with his spot-up shooting ability. Capable low-post scorer who can finish over the top of smaller defenders in the paint. He’s flashed a strong feel & high-IQ when passing out of double teams or help defense. Another rising prospect in this article who has notable long-term potential.

Camden Cowgill
2025 | 6’3” Guard | Brennan (TX) & SA Future

Cowgill is a fast-rising prospect who recently played well at Augusta Live. The Texas native has added offers from Cal Poly and Coastal Carolina during July, although I’m expecting more programs to get involved sooner rather than later. Cowgill is a skilled backcourt prospect with a strong mix of shotmaking and feel. He’s a quick processor who makes strong reads & heady cuts without the ball. Possesses a fluid, quick, and smooth release off the catch to go along with his extensive range & glaring confidence. His shotmaking ability and off-ball feel gives him the versatility to be utilized in numerous offensive sets. Not the most explosive or powerful athlete, yet he’s highly methodical & demonstrates a strong IQ when attacking poor closeouts. Reliable pull-up scorer who is fully comfortable putting it on the deck and settling into mid-range jumpers. Will need to add strength and enhance his burst, yet the shotmaking & feel primarily pop in his game.

Joshua Lewis (#30 in 2025)
2025 | 6’7” Wing | Blake (FL) & Florida Rebels (EYBL)

Top-30 2025 wing Joshua Lewis was one of the biggest risers in our latest 2025 rankings update. The Florida native has added offers from Virginia Tech, Cincinnati, & Ole Miss during July. Another high-upside prospect on this list, he’s a stockriser down South to look out for.

He’s added offers from the likes of Penn State, Creighton, Butler, California, George Mason and more in this summer alone. He’s blossomed into a well-rounded prospect who has become a much more productive playmaker & slasher as well. Smooth pull-up scorer who has the counter moves & burst to create advantages off the bounce. A crafty finisher in the lane who also flashed an impressive float game at times during the EYBL season. Prominent spot-up option who has become much more effective at moving without the ball. There’s still room to grow as a defender & passer, however he’s an advanced scorer whose been one of the hottest prospects on the recruitment trail this summer.

Jalin Holland
2025 | 6’4” Guard | Los Lunas (NM) & ABC Spotlight (UA Rise)

The New Mexico native is a fast-rising prospect that could enter our national rankings soon. He’s added offers from Washington State, San Diego State, Oklahoma, Texas, & more throughout this past spring/summer. He’s garnered plenty of buzz throughout the AAU season and he’s one I’m hoping to get a live look at soon.

Holland is a skilled backcourt prospect with strong positional size and evident toughness. He’s a prominent downhill playmaker who utilizes his counter moves & physicality to attack closeouts. Tough handler at the point of attack who also excels at sizing up smaller defenders. Showcases a fluid & smooth shooting stroke, plus he has the release point to shoot over smaller defenders as well. There’s room to improve the consistency, however he’s strung together some flashes of his shotmaking ability on tape. A talented backcourt prospect and fast-rising recruit to keep an eye on in the Southwest.

Kaidon Rayfield (#58 in 2025)
2025 | 6’8” Wing | Putnam City West (OK) & Team Griffin (EYBL)

He was a consistent standout in Augusta who produced flashes in bunches while catching coaches eyes in the process.

Rayfield is a long & rangy athlete who possesses imminent two-way upside. Leverages ample ground coverage & long strides to glide downhill as a slasher while using minimal dribbles. He’s flashed growing confidence & expanding touch as a shooter throughout the summer. Capable floorspacer whose proven to be a reliable spot-up scorer out of the pick & pop. Explosive & tough rim finisher who is still adding touch, yet he tends to be unphased by size or length. Assertive rim protector who has the motor, length and instincts to block shots.
