2025 EYBL S2 Recap: 17U Standouts and Stock-Risers

Now that the dust has settled on EYBL S2 in Memphis, we move to our breakdown content of each age division starting with 17U highlights the standouts, stock-risers and names to monitor as S3 in Kansas City is on the horizon for this weekend.

Standouts

Dylan Mingo | PSA Cardinals ‘26

Mingo continued his surge this spring as he makes a push to be the top guard in the national class. Whether he was manning the controls to the offense as the primary on-ball initiator, making his presence felt as a cutter or leaving his imprint as an elite defensive weapon, the impact and efficiency in which he operates is pretty much in a league of its own. PSA ended the weekend going 2-2 while Mingo averaged 20.5PPG on 41.5 percent shooting from the field, 8.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 2.7 steals per contest. Alabama, Baylor, Louisville and Texas among other programs were mainstays when Mingo was on the court.
