MADE Hoops Midwest Warmup was in Bedford Park (IL) this weekend. Here’s some noteworthy storylines from Saturday:

Meanstreets 16U looks EYBL ready

Two of the best 16U teams in the country faced off to start the day on Saturday. Meanstreets 16U was able to pull out a 77-71 win over Phenom United 16U behind the highly skilled backcourt of Davion Thompson and Jaxson Davis. Thompson and Davis are both skilled, comfortable ball handlers who can put points up in a hurry but are also looking to get their teammates involved. Meanstreets was able to generate efficient offense behind the pick and roll play from their guards and big man Jeffrey Hassan. Shawn Foster and Isaiah Mack-Russell led the way for Phenom United.
