The Impact of AJ Dybantsa's Reclass

On Wednesday morning, MADE Hoops alum and five-star wing AJ Dybantsa announced his reclassification into the 2025 recruiting class.

Dybantsa, who was the number one player in the 2026 class and number one in MADE Hoops' Regardless of Class Rankings, will now take over the number one spot in the 2025 rankings now.
With this reclassification, Dybantsa's Prolific Prep teammate Tyran Stokes becomes the number one prospect in the 2026 class.
Tracking the top of 2026 now becomes of focus moving forward, as Brandon McCoy, Alijah Arenas, Caleb Holt, Caleb Gaskins and company look to grab the throne from Stokes.
This is a well-timed move for Dybantsa as most of the programs across the country are now moving onto recruiting the junior class, so watch for the five-star's recruitment to heat up and visit dates to start being set.
Keep an eye on these few schools -- Alabama, UConn, USC, Duke and Kentucky.
This move was expected in time, as 2025 was Dybantsa's original class. Now, he aligns as the prize at the top of the 2026 draft.
