2026 Gabe Weis Becoming A Coveted Prospect

2026 wing Gabe Weis is starting to become a hot name on the recruiting trail. The 6'7" forward out of Springfield (KY) has been gaining traction with both his ranking as well as his offers and interests. Weis is still raw offensively, but he's made strides and is progressing in the right direction. The defensive end is where Weis stands out mostly at this time, wreaking havoc with his length and athleticism to go along with a strong IQ and good timing. He spoke with MADE Hoops about his recruitment, his game, and upcoming plans.

Ohio and Lindenwood: "I don't know much about them at this time."

College of Charleston: "They have made the tournament the past couple of years and are definitely growing."

Illinois: "They're a very good program, but I still don’t know much about it."

LSU: "I love the place. They have great facilities and a great atmosphere to go along with a great coaching staff."

Indiana: "They're also a good program and I love the warmups."

Kentucky: "I love how close it is to home. Coach Cal gets kids to the NBA and it could be a good fit."
