6’5” Guard | Overtime Elite & Boo Williams (EYBL)
The #88 player in our 2024 rankings, Jaeden Mustaf has committed to Georgia Tech over Maryland, Florida State, NC State, Indiana, and Arkansas. He becomes the Yellow Jackets first commit in their 2024 recruiting class. Coach Stoudamire & staff are also targeting Curtis Givens, Josiah Moseley, Gicarri Harris, Cole Kirouac, and Jahki Howard among others in the 2024 class.
Mustaf is a well-built athlete who has a strong build and plenty of on & off versatility. Plays physical at the point of attack and he’s a forceful slasher who can size up smaller guards. A tough, rugged rim finisher who has the ability to absorb contact and convert heavily contested layups. Capable pull-up scorer with flashes of growing intermediate touch, although he’ll need to improve his three-point shooting splits & consistency. Thrives as a downhill slasher and transition scorer where he can push the ball up the floor quickly. Hard-nosed defender who can guard in space and he possesses the physicality to defend at the point of attack. Productive positional rebounder on the glass who plays with a high motor and plenty of aggression. Overall, Mustaf is a steady two-way player with a well-built frame and adding range/perimeter shooting consistency will be a key factor to reaching his full potential.
