Joe Sterling Finds His Place at Harvard Westlake, Bolstering a National Powerhouse

The Harvard Westlake Wolverines (18-1) entered this season with high expectations, even after losing key players like Robert Hinton (Harvard), Trent Perry (UCLA), and Christian Horry (UCLA) from their CIF State Championship-winning team. Currently ranked #3 in the country by MaxPreps, the program remains a national powerhouse, lauded for its continuity and commitment to developing players over their entire high school careers. This year, however, the Wolverines made a rare exception, welcoming junior guard Joe Sterling as the team’s sole transfer—a testament to his talent and potential to make an immediate impact.
