Kon Knueppel Commits to Duke

Kon Knueppel, the 15th overall prospect in 2024, has committed to Duke. The Wisconsin native chose the Blue Devils over Virginia, Marquette, Wisconsin and more.

Knueppel impressed last summer with Phenom U, but turned the corner to elite these past few months in the EYBL. At 6-6, his game is heavily predicated on craft and all stems from around his ability to knock down shots from all over the map. He put up 22 points per game, including 44% from three on 8+ 3PA per game. There's just one prospect in 2024 who processes the game at a higher level for my money, and it's the top prospect in the nation. After bringing in a 2023 class deep in the backcourt, the Blue Devils reload with a versatile collection of wings, all of which bring unique traits and upside to the table. With Isaiah Evans and Darren Harris already in the fold as well, Scheyer and company turn their full focus to Cooper Flagg to become the crown jewel of once again, an extremely high level class on its way to Durham.
