National Scouting Notebook: Spring Review

As we head into the scholastic period followed by July's grassroots action, it feels timely to take a look back at the spring. After taking in a pair of USABJNT camps, EYBL, 3SSB and multiple regional showcases, there's plenty to break down in terms of movement near the top of each class, key ascensions and plenty more. Here, I'll zoom in on the Top-10 or so of each class and how are those tiers are shaping up, along with an overview on new names onto the national radars whom might be on the brink of an even bigger leap.
