2024 guard Noah Payne is one of the top unsigned seniors out of the Northeast. His recruitment is still open, but a couple of schools are sticking out as he enters the final stages. He spoke with MADE Hoops about programs in the mix and potential visits, as well as his thoughts on the MADE Hoops Circuit.
