Ranking the top-10 impact high school Baltimore/DMV transfers

As we've seen the transfer portal completely recalibrate the college basketball space, there's an argument for the movement taking place within the high school space can be just as chaotic. Specifically in the Baltimore and DMV area, we had plenty of high-level prospects take their talents elsewhere and as schools get back into swing, they'll be arriving at their new schools in preparation for fall workouts.

For this article, I'll list the top-10 transfers that took place the in what many consider to be the hotbed for high school basketball talent. This list is based off the impact that the player will bring to their new school. This list will only include high school programs that are located either in Baltimore or the DMV.
