Jaxson Robinson stole the show Friday night.
It's been clear for a few years now that 6'5" wing Jaxson Robinson could ultimately develop into one of the better prospects in the class of 2021. After showing positive signs and flashes since 8th grade, we'll ook back on his opening game of 'The Warmup' as his true breakout game on his way to becoming a highly nationally ranked, major high-major target. Knocking down 9-11 shots from behind the three-point line on his way to 27 points in a Team Griffin (OK) 77-48 win over The Woodz Elite (AR), if the way he shot the basketball proves to be a consistent theme, his stock will skyrocket this spring.
Taking down defending Nike Peach Jam 16U champion The Woodz Elite (AR) 90-82 on Friday night, Brad Beal Elite (MO) put the nation on notice, toting out a powerful, war-ready team. To the surprise of no one who follows this group, they were led by their stars, Caleb Love & Cam Fletcher. A 6'3" polished point man, Love scored 24 points while controlling his team throughout. An explosive leaper at 6'6", evolving wing forward Cam Fletcher is making rapid strides in his game, and poured in 22 points. Moses Moody, a highly touted wing in his own right at 6'5", scored 12 points.
