Jahvon Quinerly has shined this high school season

Jahvon Quinerly from Hudson Catholic High School in New Jersey, has been getting recruited at a high level for quite some time. Due to his high level performance through his high school career so far, Quinerly has garnered a lot of attention from schools all around the country. Six schools have made him feel like a priority so far.

“Seton Hall, Arizona, Kansas, Villanova, Virginia and Stanford,” he said.

He has enjoyed watching one of the schools that is heavily recruiting him.

“I’ve enjoyed watching Villanova this season,” Quinerly said. “They play together, they play hard, I like their coaching style and I feel like I can fit into their system.”

The Seton Hall Pirates have been recruiting the New Jersey product hard since his freshman year.

“They are telling me that I am their top point guard priority right now,” said the junior point guard. “I keep in touch with them multiple times a week and they try to get me to campus as much as they can.”

Once the high school season ends, Quinerly will look into advancing with the recruiting process.

“The next step is cutting my list and planning my visits after this high school season,” said Quinerly.

He would like to visit a blue blood program after this high school season ends.

“I would like to go on an unofficial visit to Duke if they offer me,” Quinerly said.
