One of the top point guards in the class of 2018 Jahvon Quinerly has cut his list down to Arizona, Seton Hall, Stanford, Kansas, Villanova, Virginia and UCLA. Quinerly broke down why these schools made the cut.
"I picked these seven because me and my family felt very comfortable with each of the programs and everything they have to offer," said Quinerly. "I also think these coaches have been very consistent throughout the process for the most part."
The next step for Quinerly's recruitment is to set official visits.
"I'm looking to take some official visits and really get a feel for some of these campuses," he said. "That would most likely be the next step for me."
He is going to evaluate each of these schools and see which one fits in with what he looks for.
"I'm looking for a good academic and basketball situation, which is the best of both worlds," he told MADEHoops.com. "I will also be looking at which platform will get me to the NBA in due time. That's always been the ultimate goal for me."
