York Guard Emerges In First Season At Westtown

Daveyon Lydner first enrolled at Westtown last June and the move has paid off for the York, Pennsylvania native. A 6-foot-3 guard who changes direction well, has a quick first step, and can hit the three- it’s been a big junior campaign for Lydner and colleges have begun to take notice. With that in mind, he laid out what he will be looking for when it comes to playing style:

“I want to go somewhere where they play up-tempo and five out or use a lot of pick and rolls, basically somewhere with a free flowing offense”
